Initial Diagnostic Consultation: $250

Individual 50-Minute Sessions: $200

Couples Therapy Sessions (50-minute session): $300

Coaching Services: $1000 to $3000 per month

Coaching Package Options:

⦿ 5-Session Package: $1000
Approximately $200 per weekly session. This package is ideal for focused work on a specific goal over roughly one month.

⦿ 11-Session Package: $2000
Approximately $182 per session (when utilized over 2-3 months). This package offers an extra session at a reduced rate compared to the 5-session package, designed for twice-weekly engagement.

⦿ 16-Session Package: $3000
Approximately $187.50 per session (when utilized over 2-3 months). This comprehensive package offers even greater value and is suited for intensive, 2-3 times per week coaching for significant transformation.

Booster sessions are available for clients who have completed a coaching package and wish to maintain momentum or address new, specific challenges. (Pricing and details for booster sessions available upon request.)

All sessions are currently conducted via telehealth. We will be opening a Bellevue location soon.

Out-of-Network?

If you have out-of-network benefits, we can provide you with a superbill (an itemized receipt) that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. We recommend contacting your insurance provider directly to understand your out-of-network benefits and reimbursement process.
